After a month of operation, Blikbuy has come to realize that efficient and quality-assured service is at the core of our operational philosophy. Therefore, our entire team has optimized service processes and strictly controlled service timelines, leading to the launch of the Timeout Free Order program. We have added a countdown feature for each step of the process (per product), which will appear in the top right corner of your order’s product/package list. This countdown timer indicates the current status of your product and the remaining processing time. If the countdown ends and we still haven’t processed the product/package, we will waive the fees for that item/shipping order.

Timeout Free Order Details:

Order Processing/Purchasing

Order Processing/Purchasing: Within 12 hours after the user completes payment, we will review your order (to ensure it meets transportation and purchasing standards) and procure the items for you. If we do not process the purchase within 12 hours, we will fully waive the procurement costs for the unprocessed items and continue with the purchase.

Warehouse Receipt and QC Photos

Warehouse Receipt and QC Photos: Within 24 hours after the warehouse confirms receipt of your items, we will provide free quality inspections and QC photos. If we do not complete this within 24 hours, we will waive all procurement costs for that item.

Submitting International Shipping Orders

Submitting International Shipping Orders: Within 24 hours after the user has paid the international shipping fees, we will package your items and ship them according to your chosen logistics channel. If this is not completed within 24 hours, we will waive all shipping costs for that package. Since many shipping channels require items to be sent to different provinces in China, we typically dispatch goods to cities such as Shenzhen, Sichuan, and Shanghai. The timing for service completion is calculated from when the package leaves the warehouse. We will also provide tracking information for the package’s domestic transport and international shipping route.

Exclusions from the Timeout Free Order Program:

· Oversized Items: Items with any dimension exceeding 1 meter, or a total dimension exceeding 1.5 meters.

· Irregularly Shaped Items: Items that require special modifications to their packaging.

· Overweight Items: Small-volume items that are dense, requiring custom wooden frames.

· Special Items: Items that require assembly, customization, or multiple confirmations with the seller regarding requirements.

· Custom Shipping Route Items: Items that require independent customization of shipping routes with the freight service provider.

· Delays Caused by Sellers: Including but not limited to seller stock shortages, seller refusal to sell, etc.

The above items are not eligible for the Timeout Free Order program. If you are unsure whether a product meets the requirements, please contact customer service for confirmation before purchasing.
