How to cancel your e-check transaction

If you pay by e-check and want to cancel the transaction before PayPal starts to process it, you can find the transaction through your PayPal account and cancel it directly.

If you pay by e-check and PayPal has already started to process the transaction, you will need to contact the bank to cancel the transaction.

How to cancel an e-check payment order and request a refund

If you pay by e-check, and your e-check transaction is under verification by PayPal, please understand that we would need to wait for your e-check to be verified and transferred to our recipient account before we can process the refund. Normally it would take 5 to 7 business days for e-check verification.

If you pay by e-check and the transaction has been verified by PayPal, such payment will be transferred to your Blikbuy account. In this case, you would need to first cancel the order and then withdraw the payment through your Blikbuy account if you wish to claim a refund. Once your withdrawal application is approved, the withdrawal will be processed and the payment will be returned to your designated account within 24 hours during business days. The refund requested during the weekends will be processed on the following Monday.
