1.Refunds:
Refunds to your Poli accounts are not supported by Poli. If you want to withdraw your money from Poli, you can use a different platform like PayPal to complete the transaction. The refund time will also depend on which refund resource you’re choosing.
2.Transaction Verification:
Verification Period : Some Poli transactions need to be verified by third parties before the payment can be completed. If your transaction is being verified, please do not worry, the process usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
3.Cancel an Order during the Verification
If you want to cancel the order and request a refund when your Poli transaction is still being verified, please understand that the money cannot be refunded to your Poli account. After the transaction is verified, please contact Blikbuy customer service team and we will refund the money to your Blikbuy account balance, you can then withdraw the money through PayPal or other payment methods. If your withdrawal is failed, please provide us your PayPal account and we will further process it for you upon receiving your information.
