1. Why has my Affiliates feature been disabled?

If you have engaged in any of the following actions, after verification by Blikbuy, your affiliates and earning capabilities may be restricted:

1) Fraudulent Behavior: Promoters use deception, false advertising, and other means to gain more affiliates and higher commissions. This includes but is not limited to exaggerating platform services or features to attract more affiliates, engaging in fake orders or data manipulation, downloading unofficial clients, using illegal tools like simulators, plugins, or hacks for scanning, downloading, installing, registering, logging in, receiving bonuses, or withdrawing funds, creating multiple accounts, tampering with device data, engaging in malicious profit-seeking activities that disrupt platform order, using plugins, hacks, systems, or third-party tools to interfere, modify, disrupt, or otherwise affect the platform, and other unfair practices deemed by us.

2) Illegal Behavior: Promoters engage in activities during promotions that violate laws, regulations, or platform rules, including but not limited to infringement, spreading rumors, disseminating violence, pornography, or politically provocative information.

3) Interference with Platform Operation: Promoters use technical or other means to attack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform of Blikbuy, conduct network attacks, or spread viruses through platform promotions.

4) Malicious Competition: Promoters use the platform's affiliate program for malicious competition, including but not limited to stealing other promoters' efforts, attacking or defaming other affiliates, or engaging in actions that violate other affiliates' legitimate rights and interests.

5) Publishing False Information: Promoters publish information that violates national laws, and administrative regulations, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and portrait rights.

6) Personal Information Infringement: Promoters illegally obtain or spread the personal information of users during the promotion.

7) Promoting Competing Platforms: Promoters promote other cross-border purchasing platforms similar to Blikbuy, which will result in losing affiliates and benefits.

8) Violating Contract Terms: Promoters must not violate any terms in the affiliate program agreement, including but not limited to promotion rules and bonus acquisition processes.

2. What are the consequences of my violations during promotion?

After verifying your violations, the official Blikbuy team will impose the following penalties based on the severity of the violation and the rectification efforts:

1）Disabling the affiliates function, during which you won't be able to acquire new affiliate users and commission payments will be suspended；

2）For fraudulent acquisition of affiliate users, Blikbuy will remove the fraudulently acquired affiliates from your account after verification；

3）For repeat and severe violations, the official Blikbuy team will permanently restrict the use of your affiliates function and close the appeal channel。

3. How can I restore the normal use of the affiliates function after stopping the violations?

If you have stopped the violations, please click the "Rectified, Appeal Now" button on the affiliates page. The official Blikbuy team will review your rectification status and once confirmed that there are no more violations, your affiliates function will be restored to normal.

If you do not take the initiative to rectify and click the "Rectified, Appeal Now" button, the penalty of disabling the affiliates function will continue.

*The affiliate users obtained through fraudulent activities will be cleared and cannot be restored.
